Whilst we strive to get back to queries via email and our social media as quickly as possible, kindly note that our official operating hours do not extend to weekends and public holidays. If you know that you are ordering with a specific date or occasion in mind, please communicate that with us before you place your order. If you order on a Monday and need your package by Wednesday, we are not obliged to fulfil it before the stated time in our order confirmation email to you which is 5-7 working days. Let us know and we will try our best.

Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for it during the couriering process, handled by our trusted courier partners. If there are delays on their end or rescheduling of delivery times, please kindly use the tracking link we provide you with in your order shipment email and contact the courier company with your queries.

Whilst we have a duty to uphold professionalism at every point of your purchasing journey with us and whilst we are grateful for every single order and ounce of support, we are not obliged to tolerate rude and disrespectful interactions just because your order might be delayed or otherwise. We are humans, not robots.
