Shipping Policy
Product shipping time (not arrival time) is between 3-5 WORKING days AFTER you place your order, depending on your shipping address location. If your order is delayed for whatever reason, we will be sure to notify you of such via email.
If you need your order to arrive before a specific day, please contact us on info@sandcandlesupply.co.za prior to ordering and leave an order note. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
We are not responsible for any delay once dispatched and can only advise customers of the timescales given by the couriers.
Delivery charge is dependent on the weight/quantity of your order. Please select the correct shipping amount at checkout. If you know you are purchasing 50kg and the R250 shipment fee applies, but you opt for the 25kg shipping rate of R150, we will email you and require that payment of the difference is paid before we process your order.
Outerlying/high risk area charges will apply and will need to be paid before your order is shipped off. We will notify you via email if your order is picked up as an outerlying/high risk order area by The Courier Guy and you will need to pay the additional fee via EFT before we ship off your order.
All of our shipments locally are handled by The Courier Guy.
Should you desire to handle your own shipping, select that option at checkout and email us at info@sandcandlesupply.co.za.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. If you notice that wrong address was entered, please notify us as as soon as possible by sending us an email to info@sandcandlesupply.co.za. No changes can be made after the order has been dispatched.
