Wholesale Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. No Returns on Wholesale Orders

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we do not accept returns on bulk orders or unbranded raw materials once the products have been shipped. All wholesale sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure that the products meet your needs.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping all our products. However, in the rare event that you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or credit for the defective items, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

How to report damaged or defective items:

  • Please email us at info@sandcandlesupply.co.za with the subject line “Damaged or Defective Product”
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective products to help us assess the situation.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong items or an order that doesn’t match your original purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect products and provide you with the correct items as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying for return shipping if applicable. If you are entitled to a replacement or credit, the shipping cost for sending the replacement will be covered by us.

5. No Returns for Buyer’s Change of Mind

We do not accept returns based on a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure that you select the correct products and quantities before confirming your order.
